In two posts on Weibo, Lenovo described the gaming shoulder keys for their upcoming Legion Y90 gaming phone, and also provided a bit of information about the latter, adding to the big leak that happened earlier today. Unfortunately, the company has not specified whether the trigger is compatible with current-generation Legion phones.
Anyway, the tip has mechanical keys that mimic the keys of a gaming mouse and can be clicked 3 million times. Of course, triggers are low-latency and customizable for a variety of games.
The upcoming Legion Y90 phone will use an active cooling system (read built-in cooling fan), and the company is giving early access to a beta version of the phone. As far as we can figure out, current owners of last year's Legion phones are entitled to some perks in the testing phase. Beta testing is of course only available in China, registration is already open.
Finally, the render showing March 23 has a human-readable date on the phone's lock screen, which could be a hint as to when the device should be expected to be announced.
