Last year Samsung launched the Galaxy F22 phone with regional versions of the Galaxy M22 in select regions, and it seems likely this year will repeat itself. According to a recent Geekbench listing, there is a Samsung phone with the mode number SME236, which should be the Galaxy F23. Last year's Galaxy F22 was the SME225.
The listing confirms that the phone has a Snapdragon 750G SoC, which is a significant improvement over the previous-generation MediaTek Helio G80. It also comes standard with at least 6GB of RAM and Android 12.
According to last year's launch strategy, we expect the Galaxy F23 to hit some markets as the M23. We will follow up with more details on these phones. The only difference from last year's Duo is the battery capacity and charging speed.
